Terms and conditions:

1. Representative positions are free of charge, subject to approval by the organizers based on job criteria.
2. Registered representatives have access to seminars where applicable. You will be given an identification badge, which must be shown upon request.
3. Once you are registered and your application has been accepted, you are expected to appear. If you are unable to attend later, please ensure that your cancellation notice is sent at least three weeks prior to the event date.
4. All cancellations must be received in writing. You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation. Suitably qualified replacements may be sent if you are unable to participate; However, the organizers have to approve them before the event can take place.
5. If you are unable to participate, a substitute representative is always welcome, subject to confirmation by the Organizers and upon receipt of the change in writing.
6. AE3 Media reserves the right to change the programme, speakers, dates or venue at any time without notice. If the venue or speakers change for any reason, or the event is canceled due to terrorism, extreme weather, disease control, industrial action, an act of God, or any event beyond the control of AE3 Media, we will not hesitate to reschedule. will try; But the Client hereby indemnifies AE3 Media and holds AE3 Media harmless from any and all costs, damages and expenses, including legal fees, incurred by the Client.
7. AE3 Media will not be liable for damage, loss, injury, accident, annoyance, delay or irregularity, caused by any act or omission by any person or company.
8. UK law will apply to any claim against AE3 Media and all proceedings will take place within the exclusive domain of UK courts.
9. The signature of the representative/visitor or his/her duly authorized agent on the registration form shall indicate the representative/visitor’s acceptance of the above terms and shall bind both the parties to this agreement.
