‘Homebridge’ announces top Hawaiian producers for May

Homebridge Financial Services in Hawaii announced today that Maui’s Faith Armani and Oahu’s Team Hi Five (Preston Sims and Rylan Maddox) are its top producers for May.

Aastha Armani Maui is a loan originator for the office. He has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Prior to Homebridge, Faith worked for Homestreet Bank as a production manager/loan officer for five years and was consistently one of the state’s top producers. Prior to that she owned and operated Ali Mortgage for 12 years. Faith attended the University of Colorado-Boulder and graduated with a degree in zoology at the University of Hawaii Manoa. Born and raised in Maui, Faith Grace is a member of Bible Church and regularly volunteers for events there.

Preston Sims and Rylan Maddox are mortgage loan originators with an office at Homebridge on O’Ahu, better known as Team High Five:
Preston Sims More than 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry. He specializes in VA, FHA and traditional loans and has closed over 800 housing loans in Hawaii. Prior to Homebridge, he was a network engineer at Comcast. Preston is a proud graduate of Hawaii Pacific University, where he twice majored in advertising and public relations. He currently resides in Hawaii Kai.
Rylan Maddox Nearly 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Prior to Homebridge, he was a manager at Veterans United Home Loans in Honolulu, overseeing a workforce of more than 50 employees. He was the top VA loan officer from 2014-2016 until becoming area manager. Rylan is a proud graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi where he majored in Business Management with a focus in Finance and Operations Management. He currently resides in Honolulu.
